Il Santuario de Montevirgine

This  is my sketched interpretation of the Sanctuary of Montevirgine in Avellino, Italy. I sketched it from a pictre that I took over the summer holidays. The original chapel is 900 years old, though this part is only 62 years old. This Church means a lot to my nonna (grandmother) as it's where she got married, and had her 25th and 50th anniversary ceremony. That is why she is in the picture.

Here  I chose to use HB pencil because it can be blended and show more contrast.  Size: A3, time: 4 hours

Dog Portrait

This is a portrait of my dog, Enola, a fox-red labrador-retriever mix. I sketched it off of a picture my mum took after an early morning walk. Enola is sitting in this picture. I am proud of this portrait, but if I were to do this again I would put a lot more work into the tone.

Size: A3

Time: 3.5 hours
